MONTEBRÄU (MonteBrau) marks a new stage in the development of the restaurant, which for many years was known to residents of Chelyabinsk and visitors to the city as Paulaner Bräuhaus. We are beginning our own story, preserving everything that people have valued and loved us for: our own brewery with fresh beer brewed according to traditional recipes, classic European cuisine, a rich variety of beer styles, a cozy atmosphere, and a live concert programme that makes every visit special.

Now the restaurant carries a new name and operates according to its own principles. MONTEBRÄU is more than just a rebranding — it’s a step towards independence and individuality, a move to create a brand that combines European brewing culture with the spirit of the Urals. We remain true to tradition, yet are open to the new: new flavours, new leisure formats, and new projects that will enrich the gastronomic life of Chelyabinsk.

The name MONTEBRÄU is symbolic: «Monte» stands for a mountain, strength and stability — an association with the Ural Range — while «Brau» refers to brewing, culture and craftsmanship that come from Europe.
